New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday released the list of 18 candidates for Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim Assembly elections 2019. Also Read - Supreme Court Refuses to Allow Former Jharkhand CM Madhu Koda to Contest Assembly Polls

The list, which is the second one for Arunachal Pradesh, contains names of six candidates from the state. For Sikkim, it is the first one and has 12 names for candidates. Also Read - Assembly Elections 2019: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha Names 15 More Candidates

The Assembly Elections 2019 in Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh along with Andhra Pradesh and Odisha will be held simultaneously with Lok Sabha Elections 2019. The voting for general elections will be conducted in seven phases, beginning April 11. The counting of votes for Assembly polls and Lok Sabha polls will be held on May 23.
