As per the details, the man has been identified as Mutthaiya Nadar who is a resident of 240 B North, Neru, Thidiyur Pookuli, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, 627152. Nadar was spotted, in a bad condition, by Swami Prabodh Paramhans Inter College’s Swami Bhaskar on December 13. As Bhaskar tried speaking to him, he could not understand the language.
