Bihar: 13-year-old Allegedly Gang-raped by Principal, Teachers, 15 Students of Chhapra School
The horror didn't stop here. She was allegedly blackmailed, sexually assaulted by 15 male students of her school ever since her father went to jail in December 2017.

Chhapra, July 7: A 13-year-old girl in Bihar’s Chhapra district was allegedly gang-raped by the principal and two teachers of her school on the school premises for past seven months. The horror didn’t stop here. She was allegedly blackmailed, sexually assaulted by 15 male students of her school ever since her father went to jail in December 2017.

Reacting on the complaint filed by the teenager, the Bihar police on Friday arrested two teachers, the principal and two students in connection with the gang-rape case. The girl has reportedly named a total of 18 people in her complaint. Based on the girl’s statements, a case has been registered in Chhapra’s Parsagarh.
The girl alleged that the accused sexually assaulted her ever since her father went to jail in December 2017. She was first raped by one of the classmates and used the video clip to blackmail her. When the video clip reached the school principal and the teachers about 17 days later, they also joined the accused in raping and blackmailing her.
She was raped numerous times on the Deepeshwar Gyan Niketan premises. “School principal Uday Kumar Singh, teacher Balajee and two male students have been arrested. The 14 other accused are absconding. Raids are being conducted to arrest them,” Ekma police station SHO Anuj Kumar Singh was quoted as saying by the New Indian Express.
The girl alleged that she went to file a complaint when her father was released from the jail. The family alleged that the police first refused to register her complaint but deliver up when they threatened to approach the senior officials.
