In Saran district overall, the alliance led by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) won 7 out of 10 assembly seats, while the Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance) won 3.
All five seats listed above lie under the Saran Lok Sabha constituency.
Tej Pratap Yadav is currently behind by a margin exceeding 26,000 votes.
JSP suffers a major setback as Prashant Kishore’s party fails to secure a lead in any seat.
As per early trends, the NDA is leading with 200 seats, followed by Congress with 37, and other parties with 6 seats.
RJD leader Abdul Bari Siddiqui commented on the Bihar election results, stating that ‘based on the feedback we have been receiving, the results are very disappointing.’ He further advised Bihar leaders to ‘sit down and seriously consider this issue.

Actor-singer Pawan Singh’s wife, Jyoti Singh, running as an independent, holds the third position with 7,344 votes. The CPI(ML)(L)’s Arun is currently leading the Assembly constituency with 26,503 votes.
Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to visit the BJP Headquarters in Delhi this evening to deliver remarks to party members.
According to initial trends, Chhoti Kumari is leading in the Chapra constituency.
