2.46pm: The Bihar Elections will be held in five phases. The phase one will be on October 12, 2015. The phase two will begin from October 16. The date of phase three is October 28. 1:20 pm Update: Ahead of the Election Commission press conference, the Janata Dal (U) has questioned the decision of Samajawadi Party’ Mulayam Singh Yadav to split from the Janata Pariwar.
