Bihar Mokama Seat Result: Anant Singh of the Janata Dal (United) has clinched a decisive victory in Mokama. Singh has secured 91,416 votes. To recall, in the 2020 Assembly election results for the Mokama seat, RJD’s Anant Kumar Singh secured a victory. The margin of victory was 35,757 votes. He defeated JD(U) candidate Rajeev Lochan Narayan Singh. In the 2020 elections, Mokama recorded a voter turnout of 54.01%. With 52.99% of the votes, RJD emerged as the leading party.
As per the official website of the Election Commission of India (ECI), the counting of votes and the announcement of trends for the Bihar Elections 2025 will commence at 8 am on November 14, with the final results expected to be declared by the evening. The voter turnout in the second and final phase of the Bihar Assembly Elections, was recorded to be 66.91 per cent, officially the highest-ever voter turnout in the state since 1951, the Election Commission of India said.

“Based on the feedback that we have been receiving, the results are very disappointing. Bihar leaders sit down and seriouly consider this issue,” said RJD leader Abdul Bari Siddiqui.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal said the NDA candidates were leading in most assembly constituencies as counting of votes continued in Bihar, with people reposing confidence in the ruling alliance’s leadership.
The Congress blamed the Election Commission for the poor performance in the Bihar elections.
“The contest is directly between the Election Commission of India and the people of Bihar, and let’s see who wins. I’m not even talking about parties. I’m talking about a direct, straight contest between CEC Gyanesh Kumar and the people of Bihar..,” he said.
