New Delhi: Ahead of the upcoming Bihar assembly elections 2020, the BJP on Thursday released its poll manifesto promising 19 Lakh jobs and free coronavirus vaccine for everyone in the state. Notably, the elections for the 243 Assembly seats in Bihar will take place in three phases between October 28 till November 7. ‘Free Vaccination For All’: Nirmala Sitharaman at launch of poll manifesto in Patna
At the manifesto launch event in Patna, BJP leader and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman urged people to vote for the NDA alliance, asserting that incumbent Nitish Kumar will be their Chief Minister face.
“Bihar is one state where all citizens are politically sensitive & well informed. They know & understand the promises a party makes. If anyone raises questions on our manifesto, we can answer them with confidence as we fulfil what we promised.”
“I appeal to all the people of the state to vote for NDA and make it win. Nitish Kumar will be the Chief Minister of Bihar for the next 5 years. Under his rule, Bihar will become a progressive & developed state of India.
“As soon as COVID19 vaccine will be available for production at a mass scale, every person in Bihar will get free vaccination. This is the first promise mentioned in our poll manifesto,” she added.
