New Delhi: Jagan Prasad Garg, BJP MLA from Agra died due to a heart attack on Wednesday evening. He was admitted to hospital earlier today. 65-year-old Garg is a five-time legislator from Agra East constituency. His death was confirmed by his nephew Manoj Garg. It is said that he was taken to Pushpanchali Hospital after he got sick. Thereafter Garg’s family took him to the Rainbow Hospital. Garg started his political career by winning a by-election in 1998 in Agra East assembly constituency. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed grief over Garg’s death and offered condolence for the departed soul.
