Mumbai, Sept 13: A courtroom of the Bombay High Court was evacuated after a bomb threat call, which was later declared a hoax. According to initial reports, an anonymous call warning about a bomb planted in a courtroom of Bombay High Court turned out to be a hoax. A team of bomb squad was called which later declared the area safe.
The threat call about a bomb was reportedly made to Bombay High Court Chief Justice Manjula Chellur, after which a bomb squad team arrived. A thorough search of the courtroom revealed nothing though there was brief panic reaction among people present there.
