New Delhi, Nov 30: An encounter is underway in Budgam in Jammu and Kashmir between the security forces and terrorists. As per sources, two to three JeM terrorists are said to be trapped in the area. The operation was launched after inputs of terrorists hiding in the region were received by the security forces.
