The alleged incident took place of March 3 when a few men riding motorbikes outside DU campus were throwing water balloons at two women who were also accompanied by a male friend, said the complainant. This is not the first time such an incident of harassment took place. A DU student from Meghalaya had alleged on Monday that she also faced similar eve-teasing.
