The local unit VHP activists had carried out a motorcycle rally in the city on Tuesday afternoon in order to extend support to people who were scheduled to attend the proposed Dharm Sabha on the issue of temple construction on Ram Janambhoomi on November 25. The rally entered the Mukeriganj area which was decked up for the Milad-un-Nabi celebrations and on its way, some of the flags which were a part of the celebration fell on the road.
