Claiming that the Congress is no more an ‘unchallenged party’, he said that it is necessary for the party to be present in every booth. The number of feet on the ground is what matters now, he added.

Chidambaram was addressing the Congress workers at the launch of project ‘Shakti’ in Karnataka’s Bengaluru.  The project aims at strengthening the party’s ground organisation by connecting workers.
