New Delhi, Jan 4: The Congress has fielded Muddasor Hossain Warsi for by-poll on Uluberia Lok Sabha constituency. The by-poll on the seat was necessitated after the death of senior Trinamool Congress Leader Sultan Ahmed. The Election Commission will be holding the elections on Jan 29 for which the counting will be conducted on Feb 1.
