New Delhi, July 30: A photo of CRPF jawans has gone viral in which a photo of real India and strong friendship can be seen. In the picture, a Muslim soldier can be seen offering ‘Namaaz’ on the road side in Jammu and Kashmir, while his Hindu brother was guarding him with a rifle in hand until his brother finished prayers. Initially, it was believed that man offering Namaaz was a policeman but later it was learned that both men belong to 118 battalion of CRPF. Ravideep Sahi, CRPF, Inspector General of Police (IGP), after talking to the commandant confirmed that the two are a part of CRPF.  “Jawans of CRPF share a great bond with each other, within our boundaries, religion, caste does not matter,” said Sahi to DNA about the photo that is taking the internet by storm. Reports suggest the picture was snapped in Lar village of Central Kashmir,  a base camp of Amarnath Yatra that is being guarded by CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police. It was on Saturday that the CRPF man offered Zahur Namaaz (Afternoon Prayers). Lateef Ali, Officer of Lar Police Station was moved by this sight.
