Mumbai, March 26: Pakistani-American terrorist David Coleman Headley on fourth day of his deposition before Mumbai’s Session court revealed that he filmed residence of Indian Vice-President from outside in New Delhi. The startling revelation was made by Headley before the Session’s Court Judge G A Sanap where the Pakistani-American double also said that he had also videographed Indian Army Headquarters and National Defence College in New Delhi. Headley, a Lashkar-e-Toiba operative turned approver said that he had videographed the outer walls of the building en route from Sena Bhavan (Indian Army Headquarters) to National Defence College in New Delhi. The filming was done when Mohammed Hamid Ansari had reportedly resumed the office of India’s Vice President in August 2007. During his deposition Headley said to Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam that he visited Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) on the recommendation of Major Iqbal of Pakistan. He also said that he do not have any knowledge of any women cell of LeT in India which is involved in combat roles. He said that he also visited Sena Bhavan and residence of Bal Thackeray to do a surveillance of the area. The JuD chief had told Headley that Bal Thackeray needed to be taught a lesson and it will take their organisation six months to complete.
Headley however rejected claims of planning to kill Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf.
Headley, testifying bnefore the Indian court through CCTV camera from United States prison where he is serving sentence in connection to the drug related offence. Headley is been accused of providing strategic details of Mumbai to Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, a mastermind behind the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
Headley has been cross examine by Indian lawyer Abdul Wahaab Khan on fourth day has also admitted that ghe did not had any prior knowledge about ishrat Jahan.
On Friday Headley told that he hated India since his chldhood as his school was attacked by Indian air planes during 1971 Indo-Pak war.
