New Delhi, August 22: A fire broke on Wednesday broke out in an AC plant of Doordarshan Bhawan in Delhi’s Mandi House, news agency ANI reported. The fire has been doused. Fire Officials said, “The fire was controlled within 10 mins.” As of now, 8 fire tenders are present at the spot. Further, no casualty has been reported.

Meanwhile, four persons were killed and several others severely injured after a massive fire broke out in a multi-storey building in Mumbai’s Parel area today. The Level-2 fire, which was later upgraded to Level-3, has now been doused.

“Total 20 victims were brought to KEM Hospital, of which four were brought dead, including one senior citizen female and three male. Two bodies have been identified. 16 patients are stable, including ten male and six female,” said Dr Avinash N Supe, KEM Hospital Dean.
