Delhi Metro’s Blue Line services experienced a brief disruption between Rajiv Chowk and Vaishali/Noida City Centre due to a passenger incident at Yamuna Bank station on Thursday morning. The incident, occurring at 10:15 am, led to a 15-minute delay in train operations. The Blue Line, connecting Dwarka with Vaishali and Noida City Centre, serves as a crucial transportation link in the city.

Videos and photos shared by passengers depicted large crowds waiting at Blue Line metro stations. Some commuters claimed that a woman died after she jumped on the tracks at Yamuna Bank station, contributing to the service delay. Despite these claims, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has not released an official statement regarding the incident.
