New Delhi, July 26: The national capital witnessed heavy rainfall in the early hours of Thursday. It started to rain around 9.30 AM leading to huge traffic jams during the peak office hours. According to the weather forecast, there is a possibility of scattered rains in most part of the Delhi-NCR region. While the weather will remain pleasant, the maximum and minimum temperature is expected to hover around 32 and 26 degrees Celcius respectively today. Meanwhile, severe waterlogging has also been reported in parts of Ghaziabad-adjoining Delhi, after heavy rainfall lashed the city.
