New Delhi: Police has arrested three people for allegedly sodomising a eunuch in the national capital. The incident took place on Monday afternoon. The survivor runs an NGO and is well-known in the area. Police said that among the arrested three accused, two posed as senior police officers. According to the Times of India report, the woman survivor said that first, a man had approached her to discuss NGO. She allowed the person to enter her home. She offered tea to the man to which he agreed. So, she went to the kitchen to prepare a tea. As she was in the kitchen, the man got two more persons. When she inquired about them, he said that they are senior police officers. The woman said that she didn’t felt good and asked them to leave. Following which the men got up and allegedly sodomise her. They even threatened her if she did not give them Rs 50,000, they will injure her. The woman immediately went to the police station and lodged a complaint under different sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC).



Following the complaint, police swung into action to arrest the accused. However, a patrolling team saw a car with a broken number plate. Finding the suspicious behavior of occupants, police took them to the station where the woman identified them.

Police also recovered the stolen items from them.
