New Delhi: In the wake of the counting of votes for Delhi Assembly Election 2020, the national capital on Tuesday witnessed heavy traffic jam in parts of the city. The traffic jam was mainly caused by the processions and celebrations of people during the counting of votes for the Delhi Assembly elections. The heavy traffic was also witnessed from Signature Bridge towards Gagan Cinema due to procession. “Obstruction in traffic in the carriageway from Signature Bridge towards Gagan Cinema due to procession near ITI Nand Nagri. Traffic is heavy from Govind Puri towards Nehru Place due to procession,” the Delhi Traffic Police further stated in a tweet.
