According to a report in the Times of India, the 28-year-old woman told police that she was with her friends when the youth caught her outside the north gate of the university and started misbehaving with her. Her friends even confronted the man but he managed to escape towards a forest area. He pushed the woman before fleeing away. The woman said that the youth did not seem to be a student from the university but claimed to know her. Police are also scanning the CCTV footage to identify the youth.
