New Delhi: A Delhi Court on Friday ordered framing of charges against  RK Pachauri, former Director General of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) in the alleged sexual harassment case, lodged against him by his former colleague. The next hearing in the matter will take place on October 20. Following the court’s order, the victim told ANI, “Chuffed to bits. This has not been easy. This is a big leap towards the truth. I am relieved.” Also Read - Delhi Court Frames Molestation Charges Against Former TERI Chief RK Pachauri

Pachauri headed the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change from 2002 until his resignation in February 2015, due to sexual harassment allegations against him.

On February 13, 2015 an FIR was registered against him and he was granted anticipatory bail in the case on March 21.
