Jaipur, Feb 9: Dense fog today blanketed northeast Rajasthan and parts of the adjoining states, disrupting road traffic and delaying nine trains. The MeT department said Churu was the coldest place last night in the state at 6.3 degrees Celsius.
The weatherman said Sriganganagar recorded minimum of 6.5 degrees C followed by Sikar 6.6, Chittorgarh 7.7, Udaipur 7.8, Tonk 7.9 and Jaipur 9.2 degrees C. Similar weather conditions are likely to prevail in the state in the next 24 hours, a MeT forecast said.
