New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday filed a supplementary chargesheet against former Haryana chief minister and Indian National Lok Dal chief Om Prakash Chautala in Disproportionate Assets case. The case is regarding the recent attached properties of Chautala. The chargesheet will be considered on May 16.

On April 15, the ED had reportedly attached four assets of Chautala’s such as a flat, a plot, a house and land. The acquired assets which summed up to Rs 3.68 crore were in Delhi and Sirsa of Haryana. The ED registered the money laundering case in this regard under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The disproportionate assets case was filed against Om Prakash Chautala and his sons Abhay and Ajay.

The ED stated, “Chautala had acquired immovable properties at New Delhi, Panchkula and also constructed a residential house at Sirsa in Haryana out of the money received from undisclosed sources.”
