New Delhi: A 52-year-old female doctor, a consultant radiologist at Ram Manohar Lohia hospital allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan at her North Avenue residence. Police recovered a suicide note from the spot in which she accused three doctors of the hospital of “humiliating and harassing” her. She was conducting a disciplinary action against the trio. Vohra’s husband and children were not at the home at the time of the incident. When they returned home, they found the flat was locked from inside. They knocked the door, tried to call her many times but she did not respond. Meanwhile, the family members and senior hospital officials have been interrogated in connection with the incident.
