On Instagram, Gates expressed his admiration for the ingenuity present in everyday life in India, stating, “In India, innovation can be found in every corner — even in the process of brewing a simple cup of tea!” The video begins with Gates politely asking for “One chai, please,” from Dolly Chaiwala. The tea seller’s unique method of brewing the tea on his specialized cart is showcased, providing viewers with a glimpse into the craftsmanship involved in creating this beloved beverage.
