New Delhi: An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale jolted Leh region in Ladakh, said the National Center for Seismology on early Monday morning. No casualties or damages have been reported so far. The earthquake occurred at 06:10:35 IST at a depth of about 18 kilometres in Leh.
