New Delhi, Dec 14: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will yet again form government in PM Narendra Modi’s home state by registering a comprehensive win in Gujarat Assembly Elections 2017. The lotus is also expected to bloom in Himachal Pradesh. All the major exit poll results such as Today’s Chanakya, India Today Axis My, Times Now-VMR, and others have predicted that the BJP will register wins in both the states where elections were held in November, December.

News24 Today’s Chanakya, the only exit poll which had predicted the 2014 elections accurate, predicted that the BJP will bag two-third majority in Gujarat Assembly Elections 2017. It predicted that the BJP is expected to win a total of 135 (+/-11) seats. The Congress party, it said, is projected to manage only 47 (+/-11) seats out of 182 assembly constituencies. The BJP is most likely to sweep the Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections 2017 winning at least 55 assembly seats removing the Congress, which may win 13 seats out of a total of 68 assembly constituencies. Aaj Tak-India Today Axis My exit poll 2017 results for Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections 2017 has also predicted a landslide victory for the BJP. In Gujarat, it said, the BJP will win somewhere between 99-113 assembly seats whereas the Congress will get 68-82 assembly constituency seats. In Himachal Pradesh, BJP will sweep at least 47-55 assembly constituencies while the Congress party will manage to bag between 13-20 seats. The BJP is predicted to win 51 seats, while the Congress may bag 17 in Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections 2017, said Times Now-VMR exit poll 2017 results. The exit poll gave 109 seats to BJP in Gujarat Assembly Elections 2017 and 70 seats to the grand-old Congress party. Another exit poll ABP News-CSDS predicted that the BJP will register a victory in Gujarat winning 112-122 seats. In Himachal Pradesh, ABP-CSDS said, the Narendra Modi-led BJP will win 35-41 seats.
