New Delhi: Fire broke out at a chemical factory due to a short circuit in Jhilmil Industrial Area.

As many as twenty-seven fire tenders were present at the spot.

Fire Officer Sunil Choudhary said, “No casualties have been reported. Fire-fighting operations are still underway. Inside the factory, there are ink drums which are flammable that are exploding.”

Earlier this week, a fire had broken out at Mumbai’s posh Crawford Market. No casualties were reported.
