Mumbai, Sept 5: On the last day of the Ganpati Utsav on September 5, Tuesday, the whole of Mumbai was out on the streets for Ganesh Visarjan. At least 40,000 police personnel have been deployed across Mumbai ahead of the processions and immersions. The processions will end with the immersion of idols at points like Girgaun Chowpatty, Juhu Beach, Versova Beach and others on Wednesday morning. The Mumbai Police has also issued a traffic advisory while 8 special local trains will be running post midnight for those going for the visarjan.
