New Delhi: Ivanka Trump, the daughter and advisor to US President Donald Trump, who will accompany her father on his first official visit to India, on Sunday tweeted on the same, stating that ‘it was an honour to be returning to India.’ Also Read - Ivanka Trump to Accompany Donald Trump, Melania Trump on Their First Official India Visit

Notably, this will be her second visit to India. Earlier, she visited Hyderabad in November 2017 for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES).

On Sunday, a day before Trump starts the two-day visit, his first state visit to India, Ivanka tweeted: “Two years after joining PM Narendra Modi at the Global Entrepreneurial Summit in Hyderabad, I am honoured to return to India with the US President and the First Lady to celebrate that the grand friendship between the world’s two largest democracies has never been stronger!”

First Lady Melania Trump and Jared Kushner, Ivanka’s husband, himself and an advisor to President Trump, too, will be on the 12-member delegation that will accompany him on this visit.

The Trumps will begin their visit from Ahmedabad, where the US President, along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will inaugurate the world’s largest cricket stadium at Motera. Following this, the Trumps will visit the Taj Mahal in Agra and finally arrive in Delhi at night for the official part of the visit.
