Hyderabad Assembly Election Results Live Updates: The Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 17 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in Telangana. The Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency presently comprises the following seven Legislative Assembly segments. They are: Malakpet, Karwan, Goshamahal, Charminar, Chandrayangutta, Yakutpura, Bahadurpura. Apart from Hyderabad constituency, there are four other Lok Sabha constituencies in and around capital city of Hyderabad – Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, Chevella and Medak.

AIMIM retains Malakpet seat, Ahmed Bin Abdullah Balala wins with 55805 votes
AIMIM leading in Chandrayangutta, Bahadurpura, Charminar, Malakpet, Nampally and Yakutpura seats
The Asaduddin Owaisi-led All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) is leading in six of the nine assembly constituencies it contested in the Telangana Assembly elections, as per the counting trends at 1.45 pm on Sunday.
Akbaruddin Owaisi, younger brother of AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, is leading from his Chandrayangutta segment by 29,444 votes over his nearest rival BJP’s K Mahender after the eighth round of counting.
AIMIM’s candidates were leading in Bahadurpura, Charminar, Malakpet, Nampally and Yakutpura seats but were trailing in Karwan, Rajendranagar and Jubilee Hills.
Congress candidate Jupally Krishna Rao is leading Kollapur Assembly Constituency with 31,186 votes (as per eci.gov.in) while BRS Harshvardhan Reddy trail by 8847 votes.
BRS’s Mir Inayath Ali Baqri took the early lead from Bahadurpura seat.
