Indian Army NCC Special Entry Recruitment 2025: Golden opportunity for women who had NCC in school or college as they can now join the Indian Army. Ahead of Independence Day, the Indian Army has announced the SSCW NCC recruitment under the NCC Special Entry Scheme 123 Course (April 2026) as part of the Short Service Commission. Those who are interested must note that the online applications for this recruitment started on the Indian Army’s official website joinindianarmy.nic.in from 12 August. The last date to fill the application form is September 11, 2025.
Who are eligible?
The Indian Army has opened the application link for the NCC Special Entry.
Only unmarried women are eligible to apply for this recruitment.
Candidates holding an NCC ‘C’ Certificate must also have a graduation degree from a recognized university.
Students who are in their final year of graduation can also apply for this recruitment
However, they must complete their degree before the commencement of the course.
The candidate must have completed the latest two/three years of service in the NCC Senior Division Wing.
In terms of grading, candidates must have secured at least a ‘B’ grade in the NCC ‘C’ Certificate examination.
Candidates who do not possess an NCC ‘C’ Certificate or a provisional NCC ‘C’ Certificate by the last date of application are not eligible to apply for this course.
The candidates must note that it is mandatory to produce the original NCC ‘C’ Certificate at the SSB; a provisional certificate will not be accepted.
