Mumbai, Mar 8: As the world celebrates the empowerment of women on this day, every feminist and non-feminist person should visit the story of this Mumbai woman who struggled against all odds to live a life without being intimidated by the apprehensions shown by society. During the teenage years, when girls and boys start mesmerizing each others, this woman began losing the hairs on her head. Barely at the age of 14, she grew bald. Not only that, but the disease of Alopecia grew hair on her facial parts and resulted in the swelling of her face.
In the subsequent years, she lost all her outer feminine characteristics. Imagine a girl being stolen of her evident feminine quality. Her college years went difficult for her as she could not gather the self-confidence to hang match up with her colleagues. After completing her education, she even refrained from applying for a job in this competitive world where women cannot be low on confidence. However, her life took a sudden turn as she decided to step out no matter what to fight the depression. Using a wig, the woman began giving job interviews and eventually got selected. However, two years later, one cruel incident shattered her newly gained self-confidence. While getting down from the ever-packed Mumbai trains, one of the co-passengers caught her hair, which caused the wig to fell down. The incident took the woman into trauma as the very identity she tried to hide from the world stood exposed. Next, what she does will leave you amazed.
