New Delhi: Known for his sparking controversy and creating problems for the Congress party, the new Parliamentarian from Bharatiya Janata Party is going to step into the House with Opposition leaders pointing fingers directly at him. Though the Congress leaders have planned to bring a privilege motion against BJP MP for lying in the Parliament during the AgustaWestland debate, Swamy on the other hand have responded that he will teach Congress leaders law.

Expressing anger over the alleged lies made by Swamy, senior Congress Leader Jairam Ramesh made the announcement their party will soon bring the privilege motion against Swamy and Union Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar. Ramesh even said that these two leaders have blatantly spoken lies in the house. Ramesh had said, as reported by Zee News, “Subramanian Swamy spoke against Sonia Gandhi and other Congress leaders in Parliament and kept referring a document which according to him was an Italian court’s judgement. In reality, this is a 13-page document consisting of two page of emails from Swamy to himself. Nine pages of the report were downloaded from and the remaining two pages are part of a news story run by an Indian news channel.” ALSO READ: Pramod Tiwari gives notice in Rajya Sabha over Subramanian Swamy’s remark on Raghuram Rajan

Christian Michel says to Barkha on NDTV his 2008 Note I produced in RS stating TDK was “driving force” is genuine!” However, with allegations being played by both the party leaders and Christian Michel giving interviews to Indian news channels from Dubai, it would be matter of time for teh investigative agencies to reach out to teh details of scam. It is also expected that Ramesh is going to apply submit the motion against Swamy and Manohar Parrikar to Rajya Sabha chairman Mohammad Hamid Ansari on friday, the last day of the ongoing session. Also, the Congress Party has announced to file a defamation case against a US-based website,, who materilas were used by Swamy in the Rajya Sabha debate.
