The intelligence agencies believe that militants are either planning to sneak into the Indian territories or have already infiltrated and carrying out recce. According to the report, some of these terrorists are believed to be close to Chura along the LoC, and could possibly target Army camps in the Tagdhar sector.

Another intelligence report said that some JeM terrorists have been instructed to attack Army camps between Baramulla and Pattan towns. It is believed that these militants are being facilitated by a local.

Meanwhile, the agencies have also warned of possible attacks in Poonch and Rajouri sectors of the Valley.

The revelation comes days after Zee News reported that around 600 militants are stationed at various along the Line of Control and right up to Jammu, and are planning to infiltrate into Indian territories.

A Home Ministry official told Zee News that these terrorists have the backing of Pakistan Army. He said some of these groups also comprise Pakistan Army jawans who are ready for BAT action on the Indian Army.
