Srinagar, Dec 29: Police today claimed to have busted a gang of burglars with the arrest of three members along with stolen goods worth lakhs of rupees in Ganderbal district of central Kashmir. Mohammad Hafeez Ganaie of Shallabugh, Mohammad Rafiq Shah and Amir Sheikh of Fatehpur village were arrested by a special team entrusted with the job of cracking burglary cases in Ganderbal district, a police spokesman said. He said the arrest of the trio led to the solving of three burglary cases registered in police station Safapora. Stolen goods including gold ornaments, copper utensils and other items worth lakhs of rupees were recovered from the possession of the arrested burglars, the spokesman said.
