Patna, Nov 8: Though major news sources are pointing towards a clear lead to the Bharatiya Janata Party led National Democratic Alliance, the official release made by the Election Commission has come as surprise since it shows the Mahagathbandhan (grand-alliance) leading on 119 seats, whereas the BJP trailing behind. However, news channels have refrained to endorse the official trends made by the Election Commission. According to NDTV, BJP led alliance is ahead on 111 assembly segments, whereas the grand-alliance is leading on 82 constituencies. All India Majlees-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) is leading on 1 seats. Party’s state unit chief Akhtarul Iman ahead from Kochadaman seat in Seemanchal region.
