Jind Gangrape And Murder: Victim Was Brutalised, Blunt Object Inserted Into Her Private Parts, Says Doctor

New Delhi, Jan 15: Gory details of the Jind gangrape and murder have emerged–doctors who conducted medical examination of the 15-year-old victim’s body have revealed that a blunt and hard object was inserted into her private parts. It was reported that her lungs were also badly damaged, indicating that somebody sat on her chest. Traces of water were also found inside the body, which is indicative of drowning.

Dr SK Dattarwal of PGI Rohtak said the body had many marks of injuries. There were internal injuries as well due to the insertion of a foreign object into her private parts.

“The body had many injury marks, private parts were mutilated and there were lot of internal injuries. Signs of sexual assault are visible and looks like 3-4 people were responsible, a hard & blunt thing was inserted inside her, signs of drowning also found,” ANI quoted him as saying.

Body of the girl was found in Jind on Sunday near a canal. Deputy SP Kaptan Singh informed an FIR was registered under Section 302 of the IPC. Two SITs have been formed for investigation.

Meanwhile, father of the victim said on Monday that the administration didn’t do its job.

“My daughter was kidnapped and raped; culprits should be punished, we want justice for her. If administration had done its job well, an incident like this would have never happened,” he said.

According to reports, the body of the Class 10 student had 19 injuries, including injuries on her face, head, chest and hands. Here lungs were ruptured. She had several internal injuries, which means foreign objects were inserted into her private parts.
