New Delhi, April 15: Concerned over the increase in consumption of drugs amongst youngsters, the Juvenile Justice Board has decided to ban the fluids, whiteners, diluters, vulcanised solutions to the children below the age of 18 years in Delhi NCR. The only way a child can avail all these material if he/ she is accompanied by a parent or guardian. Also, a student can get it only if he has the prescribed letter from the school.
This decision came after the Juvenile board was hearing a case of a child who had been consuming whiteners and thinners.
