New Delhi, May 19: Sacked Aam Aadmi Party leader Kapil Mishra on Friday said that he will expose a “big truth” against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on his nexus with hawala operators. The former Delhi minister also asked party MLAs to watch his press conference. “I request every AAP MLA friend to watch today’s press conference. I will be revealing a big truth at 11 am with evidences,” Mishra tweeted.

There has been a war of words between Mishra and AAP after the former levelled corruption charges against Kejriwal and alleged massive financial irregularities while taking donations.
Mishra had on Tuesday claimed that the income tax authorities have started probing the allegations raised by him against fake companies registered in the name of AAP MLA Shivcharan Goyal. “These fake companies are registered in the name of AAP MLA from Moti Nagar, Shivcharan Goyal. These companies have given Rs 2 crore to Kejriwal. The funds received from these companies were sent to same branch of Axis Bank where there were allegations of converting black money into white at the time of demonetisation,” he added.
Mishra had alleged that for three continuous years, black money was converted into white and spent on foreign trips of AAP leaders.
Referring to one of the cases of alleged discrepancies, Mishra had said AAP received Rs 90 lakh as donation from a person identified as Priya Bansal of Bengaluru for 2014-15 and 2015-16, but the tax payable on her income was merely Rs 4000. “In 2014-15, AAP had Rs 65,52,40,752 (Rs 65.5 crore) in its bank account, but the Election Commission was informed about only Rs 32,46,16,662 (Rs 32.4 crore) while the party put only Rs 27,38,71,611 (Rs 27.3 crore) in the public domain and told its volunteers it had no money,” Mishra had said.
On May 7, Mishra had claimed that he had seen Health Minister Satyendra Jain pay Rs 2 crore to Kejriwal.
Mishra was on a fast for six days in protest against AAP’s refusal to disclose details of five party leaders’ travels abroad. He broke his fast on Monday.
