New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) affiliated schools in flood-ravaged Kerala will be providing digital marksheets, migration certificates and pass certificates to students whose documents have been either lost or destroyed in the devastating flood. A digital academic bank has been developed by CBSE and it has been integrated with Digilocker so that it becomes easier for students to access their documents. The bank has been named as ‘Parinam Manjusha’.

Students need not worry about the authenticity of the documents as it has been signed using the digital signature of CBSE’s Controller of Examinations which makes them legally valid document as per the IT Act. All of these documents have PKI based QR codes and they can be verified using the DigiLocker mobile app.

Steps to download your digital documents from CBSE’s ‘Parinam Manjusha’:

Step 1: Visit the website of CBSE Academic Repository- cbse.digitallocker.gov.in.

Step 2: Login using the details which had been provided at the time of declaration of results.

Step 3: Once you visit and log in, CBSE will re-send login ID and password of Parinam Manjusha on their registered mobile numbers for downloading their digital documents.

Step 4: Download your document and take a copy of the same.

Note: These steps are to be followed by students of the year 2016-18.

For students of batch 2004-15 and those students of 2016-18 who did not provide their mobile numbers or have changed them they may visit the above website and link their Aadhaar to their account and get their digital documents by providing their roll number, class and year of examination.

In case students do not possess Aadhaar or don’t remember their roll number may approach their schools directly and register themselves in order to get login credentials. Moreover, if any student finds any variation in his/her document, he/she may contact the CBSE Regional Office Thiruvananthapuram immediately.

Over 1,300 schools are affiliated to the CBSE in Kerala. The same is being provided because these documents are important for obtaining admission for higher studies, employment etc. Meanwhile, students finding any difficulty using the academic repository may write to support@digitallocker.gov.in with the help of their roll number, name, class and year of exam.

It must be noted that the last date for submitting school information at the Online Affiliated School Information System (OASIS) for affiliated schools in Kerala has been extended to September 30.
