The girl in her complaint explained that she knew her perpetrators Bablu, Kashiram JP Gupta and Harish from her village as she had paid them Rs 50,000 in 2017 to help her secure a job. Off lately, she had been demanding her money back as they had failed to get her employed somewhere and were also evading requests to return the money. When she reached there, they forcefully pulled her into a car and then took turns raping her. The survivor was reportedly thrown out of the car in the Talibagh area.
A case was registered against the accused after the survivor’s medical tests were conducted.
