New Delhi: As Narendra Modi targeted Congress president Rahul Gandhi over the issue of nationalism at his ongoing elections rallies, MPCC (Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee) chief Kamal Nath hit back at the Prime Minister asking him to name a single freedom fighter from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Nath lambasted both PM Modi and MP chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan at his hometown Chhindwara while addressing rallies. Nath also launched a scathing attack on Shivraj Singh Chouhan over  farmers’ suicides. He said,”The chief minister calls himself as a ‘Kisan Ka Beta’ but farmers’ suicides were “more or less the same as those being witnessed in Africa”. A few days ago, while addressing a rally in Chhindwara , PM Modi had accused Nath of winning from the area but “doing business” Ghaziabad and Nagpur.

Earlier on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had attacked Rahul Gandhi and accused him of  defending those who were abusing his mother.

“Two days ago they dragged my mother’s name during a rally and today I read in social media that they had dragged my father’s name who died 30 years ago and had nothing to do with politics, and ‘Namdaar’ (Gandhi) is defending them,” PM said during an election meeting.
