New Delhi, Aug 16: In yet another shocking and shameful incident in Madhya Pradesh, a four-year-old was allegedly sexually assaulted in Jalwa village of Ujjain, ANI reported on Thursday. According to reports, the minor girl was allegedly assaulted by a minor boy. Police have registered a case against the accused. In recent months, many cases of sexual assault and rape were reported from different parts of the state. On June 26, an eight-year-old girl was abducted from her school in Hafiz Colony and had allegedly gang-raped at her house in Mandsaur. Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had said that all those who were involved in the alleged Mandsaur gangrape case should be hanged to death. Demanding stringent action against the accused, Chouhan had said, “The rape case that happened in Mandsaur has shocked everyone. We all want that people who did such heinous crime should be hanged to death. Human rights are for humans, not for the devils. This case should be resolved through fast track.”
On July 22, a 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by four men on three separate occasions in four days in Madhya Pradesh’s Dewas city. The girl had alleged that she was raped thrice while she was returning home, after running away from school. Four people in connection with the incident have been taken in by the police.
