Bhopal, Jan 20: The counting of votes for Madhya Pradesh Municipal Council Elections 2018 begins at 9 AM on Saturday, January 20. The vote count for Omkareshwar Nagar Parishad in Khandwa district will be held today. Voting for the same was conducted on January 17. A total of 73.2 per cent voter turnout was recorded in Omkareshwar Nagar Parishad Elections. BJP’s Antarsingh Bare has won the President Post in Omkareshwar. The main contenders in the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Council and Panchayat Elections 2018 are the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress.

In Omkareshwar, voting was held at Shasakiye Madhyamik Shala, Maa Anandmai Ashram Trust, Prathmik Shala Bhawan Mandhata, Anganwadi Kendra Mandhata, EGS Kendra, Anganwadi Kendra Godarpura, Shasakiye Madhyamik Shala, Naveen Prathamik Shala bhawan, Prathmik Shala bhawan Brahmpuri east, Prathmik Shala bhawan Brahmpuri west, Prathmik shala bhawan Godarpura.
