New Delhi, May 13: The Central Railways will be conducting mega block on Sunday, May 13 on the three railway lines – Central, Harbour, and Western. The people of Mumbai will be facing inconvenience due to the mega block. The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has released the schedule of changes in the operations of the local trains.

Central Line UP/Down Train Status

Up slow/semi-fast services leaving Kalyan from 10.48 am to 4.14 pm will be diverted o­n Up fast line between Kalyan and Mulund stations halting at all stations and further re-diverted o­n Up slow line at Mulund station. Up slow services will not be available at Thakurli, Kopar, Mumbra and Kalva stations. Passengers of these stations are permitted to travel via Thane, Diva, Dombivali and Kalyan stations. Down fast services leaving CSMT Mumbai from 10.05 am to 2.54 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup, Mulund and Diva stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive at the destination 15 minutes behind schedule.

Harbour line UP/Down Train Status

Down Harbour line services to Vashi / Belapur /Panvel leaving CSMT Mumbai/Vadala Road from 11.34 am to 4.47 pm and Down Harbour line services to Bandra/Andheri/Goregaon leaving CSMT from 9.56 am to 4.43 pm will remain suspended. Up Harbour line services for CSMT Mumbai leaving Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from 9.53 am to 3.20 pm and Up Harbour line services leaving Bandra/Andheri/Goregaon from 10.45 am to 4.58 pm will remain suspended.

However, Special services will run between Panvel and Kurla (Platform No.8) during the block period. Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Main Line and Western Railway from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm during the block period.

Western Line UP/Down Train Status

To carry out maintenance work, a Jumbo block will be taken for five hours from 10.35 hrs to 15.35 hrs o­n Sunday, 13th May 2018 o­n Up and Down Harbour Lines between Mahim Jn. and Andheri stations. During the block, all Andheri trains which are scheduled o­n Andheri PF No.1 and 2 harbour services towards Central Railway will remain canceled. Due to the block, some Up and Down local trains will also remain canceled.
