The Pydhonie area fire has come a few hours after a fire broke out at three godowns in Wajid Ali Compound in Sakinaka area of Mumbai. At least 10 fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the blaze was brought under control.
No casualty was reported as everyone was rescued.
On March 25, at least one person was killed and seven others were injured in a fire in a slum area near Rajiv Gandhi Nagar in east Mumbai’s Chembur.
