New Delhi: The Mumbai local train services on all the three lines — Central, Western and Harbour were delayed by 10-15 minutes on Saturday, due to some technical problem at Bandra. The disruption of local train services caused big trouble for thousands of commuters during rush morning hour.
“Due to a technical problem at Bandra, all local trains are running 10 to 15 minute behind schedule,” tweeted tweeted Divisional Railway Manager of Western Railways.
Further details are awaited.
Last month Mumbai local train services were hit between Titwala and Kasara stations due to a protest reported at Vasind. The train services were also affected on Harbour line due to a technical glitch near Wadala. After the train stopped midway, the passengers ended up walking on the tracks to cover their distances.
